Draft — pending legal review
Privacy Policy
1. Scope of this policy
This policy is intended to describe how InsureConvert collects and uses information submitted through this website, including information provided in the Lead Conversion Audit.
Final scope, data categories, retention periods, lawful bases and jurisdictional disclosures must be completed with qualified counsel before production use.
2. Information submitted through the audit
The Lead Conversion Audit collects operational answers about an agency's lead-handling process, and — only at the final step — business contact details such as name, work email, company, and optionally phone and website.
In the current build, audit answers and contact details are held in the visitor's own browser storage so results survive a page refresh. No submission is transmitted to or stored by InsureConvert in this build phase.
3. Calls and text messages
Any consent to receive calls or text messages is collected through a separate, optional, unchecked checkbox. It is never required to view audit results.
Consent language, recordkeeping, opt-out handling, suppression, and contact-window practices are subject to legal review and must be finalized before any outbound contact program begins.
4. Use of information
Information is intended to be used to respond to inquiries, prepare a funnel review, and discuss a possible measured pilot.
Additional permitted uses, service providers, sub-processors and disclosure categories are to be enumerated during legal review.
5. Your choices
Visitors can clear locally stored audit data at any time by retaking or resetting the audit, or by clearing site data in their browser.
Access, correction, deletion and opt-out mechanisms will be described here once the production data pipeline and contact channels are finalized.
6. Contact
A contact method for privacy inquiries will be published here before production release. No contact details are asserted on this draft page.
