Draft — pending legal review

Terms of Use

This is a professional placeholder. It has not been reviewed or approved by counsel and must be finalized before production use.
Review notice: this page is informational structure only. It does not constitute legal advice and makes no claim of regulatory compliance or certification.

1. About these terms

These draft terms are intended to govern use of the InsureConvert website and the Lead Conversion Audit. They are a placeholder pending legal review and are not currently in force.

2. Nature of the service

InsureConvert provides technology implementation, workflow design and operational consulting for lead-conversion infrastructure.

InsureConvert is not an insurance carrier, insurance agency or broker, does not sell insurance, does not provide legal advice, and does not certify regulatory compliance.

3. Audit results are informational

The Lead Conversion Audit produces a directional, self-reported assessment based entirely on the answers a visitor provides. It is an informational planning aid, not a projection, appraisal, audit opinion or guarantee.

No score, tier or recommendation should be read as a promise of any particular outcome.

4. No performance guarantee

Outcomes depend on lead source, consent status, staffing, routing, offer, agent performance, hours of operation, approved scripts and implementation quality. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for licensure, approved scripting, consent records, suppression obligations, contact-window rules, and all other legal and regulatory requirements applicable to their operation.

Workflows are configured around a client's documented rules; configuration is not a substitute for the client's own legal and compliance review.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, the audit methodology and related materials are the property of InsureConvert. Final license, permitted-use and restriction language is subject to legal review.

7. Changes

These terms will be replaced by a reviewed and dated version before production release. No effective date is asserted on this draft.
